Q:
Where do you
pick up from for the
Hunter Valley wine tours?
A: Sydney
city accommodation, Kings Cross and Potts Point. Anywhere along the Pacific
Highway and other points of departure, by arrangement.
Q:
What
are the pick up and drop off
times for
the wine tours?
A: Approximately 7.30 - 8:00 a.m.
Times will be notified on booking. Please allow at least 10 minutes margin
for traffic conditions. Drop off is about 6.00 to 6.30 p.m.
Q: What happens at
lunch time?
A: We have a number of alternatives for you to choose from. Either do your own thing at one of the local cafes and restaurants, or add our great Cafe Lunch option (tour & lunch $115) or Gourmet Lunch option (tour & lunch $149).
Q: What's
different about
your Hunter Valley wine tour?
A: Apart from our flexibility
(with less than 14 on board) we have spared no expense making the Mercedes
comfortable. This includes full height reclining seats with lap/sash seat
belts to accommodate sleepy heads, especially for the return journey!
We
also know the wines of the Hunter Valley very well. We've been to over
80 wineries so far!
Q: What's
included?
A: Lunch is included in
the $115 price. Then apart from expert guidance and lots of wine tastings
we include a guided tour of the wine making process at one of the wineries.
Other popular activities are the free cheese tastings at lunch
time.
Q: Do we have to do everything
as a group?
A: No. We are happy to take
individuals to different wineries or lunch venues or wherever.
Q: Which
wineries do you visit?
A: This is entirely flexible.
We have taken people to over 80 different wineries so far, mostly to small
boutique wineries with character wines. We love a challenge! Let us know
what your preferences are on the day.
Q: What
days do you operate?
A: Every day of the week,
year round - except 25 December & 1 January. Advance bookings usually open a day for bookings. Minimum
passenger numbers may sometimes apply.

do you book?
A: Over the internet you
can book via the secure

phone, call our 24 hour booking agent on (02) 9499 5444. Credit card
details are required when booking but please bring the card or pay
by
cash on the day. Gift vouchers are available.
Q: Are
overnight wine tours possible?
A: Yes. Our Wine Country Accommodation Package features two days touring, overnight accommodation at the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley, and full buffet breakfast. The price per person is $399, twin share. Single supplement applies. Please contact us for more details.
Q: What is your
cancellation policy?
A: less than 24 hours notice incurs a full charge on the credit card provided.

A: Yes, we are a licenced
tour operator #TA5510. The owner has 14 years experience in the tourist
industry.
